SVR Officers & Representatives

The SVR's Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, & November) at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Any SVR member is welcome to attend our board meetings! Contact the SVR President for more information.

The club's officers & regional representatives are elected at the Annual Club Banquet in March. The term of office for all board positions is two years. Elections for president, vice president, secretary, treasure, Winchester representative #1, Frederick County representative #1, Warren/Shenandoah County representative, and Clarke/Loudoun County representative take place in even years. Elections for the other positions take place in odd years. Administrators are appointed by the board.
