Directions:
Historic Long Branch is located half a mile off of Routes 50/17 in southern Clarke County, Virginia. Here is a map courtesy of MapQuest. (Note: MapQuest's "driving directions" feature may advise you to take back roads to Long Branch, resulting in a longer & possibly more confusing drive.) If you can get to 50/17, there are (or should be) signs directing you to Long Branch, but here are the basics:

Coming from I-81 southbound at Winchester, take exit 313 and head east on Routes 50/17 for approximately ten miles, then turn right onto Route 624 (Milldale Road). In about 0.7 miles, turn right onto Rt. 626, and you'll see the Long Branch entrance on the left.

Coming from Strasburg, Woodstock, etc. from I-81, take exit 307 at Stephens City, follow Route 277 east for approximately 4.5 miles, continue straight through a stoplight onto Route 340, follow 340 for four miles, turn right onto Routes 50/17, follow 50/17 east for 3.4 miles, and turn right onto Route 624 (Milldale Road). Turn right on Rt. 626 in 0.7 miles, and the Long Branch entrance will be on your left.

From Front Royal and the Page Valley, follow Route 340 north from Front Royal, turning right after ten miles at a stoplight at Double Tollgate to follow Route 340, then four miles later, turn right onto Routes 50/17, follow 50/17 east for 3.4 miles, and finally turn right onto Route 624 (Milldale Road). 0.7 miles down the road, turn right onto Rt. 626 and look for the Long Branch entrance on the left.

From Berryville and points north, follow Route 340 south for about 7.7 miles, turn left onto Routes 50/17 east, and in 3.4 miles, turn right onto Route 624 (Milldale Road). Then in 0.7 miles, turn right onto Rt. 626, and then turn at the Long Branch entrance on the left.

From DC, Fairfax, and points east, take I-66 to Route 17 north (exit 23), follow 17 for 8.2 miles, turn left as Route 17 joins up with Route 50, drive 6.8 miles, and turn left onto Route 624 (Milldale Road). Hang a right onto Rt. 626 in 0.7 miles, then hang a left at the entrance to Long Branch.

Half of all race proceeds will be donated to the Winchester Free Medical Clinic in support of its Women's Health Clinic and Every Woman's Life program!
