Elevation Profile
The starting elevation is approximately 945 feet above sea level, and the elevation at the finish is 933 feet. The maximum elevation, coming at just about the halfway point, is 1425 feet. Keep in mind that the vertical exaggeration in the graph below is about times 12, so the hills on the course are far more gradual than they appear below. Still, the third mile ain't easy!

The elevation profile and 3D course map were created with DeLorme's TopoUSA mapping software. Sure, this stuff looks cool, but TopoUSA is an awful program, and I wouldn't recommend it.
